Through structured, data-driven evaluation, our Communication & Development (C&D) team identifies and onboards trusted logistics partners who meet the highest standards of compliance, operations, and service excellence. C&D manages the onboarding journey from first contact to full integration, ensuring agents have the tools, documentation, and access needed to succeed within the Ziegler ecosystem.

Once onboarded, agents are introduced to their dedicated Trade Lane Manager. TLMs act as the bridge between Ziegler offices and agents across regions, driving sales development and ensuring commercial alignment. Their focus is to:

• Strengthen trade lanes and expand market opportunities.
• Facilitate collaboration between agents and Ziegler offices.
• Provide a single point of accountability for regional performance.
